INFORMATION FOR VENDORS INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE CDBA 2025 HOLIDAY EVENT

When IS THE MARKET?

The market will happen during our Holiday Event which is December 12, 2025. The event is open to the public from 5pm to 8pm. You can setup starting at 5pm and you must have everything broken down and out of the street by 9pm.

When will I know if I am approved to sell at the market?

Due to the limited spots available, not all vendors will be permitted at the event. We will let all applicants know by December 1st, 8pm, if they have been accepted or not.

What if the weather is really bad?

We will move you into the Gibbs-Morrison building, but all attempts will be made to keep the market outdoors. Plan for any weather. Wear layers.

What KINDS OF VENDORS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for local vendors to sell gifts and holiday themed goods to the public. As the Church & Dodge Business Association will be providing food and drinks to the public, we will not be accepting any food vendors at this time.

Is there a cost to be a vendor at THIS EVENT?

Yes, there is a $30 vendor fee.

What size space do I have and will tables be available?

You will have an 8’ wide by 6’ deep space available to use

Do I need to bring my own tables and chairs?

Yes, please plan to bring your own tables and chairs.

What kind of things am I not allowed to sell?

We try to maintain a family friendly atmosphere, any explicit or illegal items are not allowed for sale or advertised at the market. You must have the proper licenses required by any applicable government bodies for the type of products you are selling.

Can I bring my pet(s)?

We love pets, but please leave them at home. Service animals trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability are allowed. A service animal is not an emotional support or comfort animal, because providing emotional support or comfort is not a task related to a person’s disability.

What if I need to use the restroom?

Vendors can use the restrooms at the Gibbs-Morrison facility.

What if I need an electrical outlet? Can I bring a generator?

There will not be access to any electrical outlets. No generators are allowed. Please make other plans.

Where can I park?

Street parking is available on Church and Dodge.
